This was absolutely perfect. I'm not a D/s fan but I really enjoyed reading this story. Gibbs taking care of Tony's needs and letting him know he deserves to be loved is why I loved this. It wasn't about getting off, it was about letting Tony knows how Gibbs felt about him.
