One of the associate attorneys is going to be gone the next two days ... He's going to Avalon for depositions ....

AND, we're getting rid of one of our cases (YAY!!!) ... and the firm who is taking over is called ... Payne & Fears, LLP ... is that not the best name ever?!?!?!
