The phone call was unexpected. Everyone in the bullpen had watched as Tony took his cell into the alcove by the stairs, talking quietly. When he came back and sat at his desk, he was pale and his hands were shaking.

"Tony?" Gibbs called from his desk. "What's wrong?"

Tony glanced up and blinked a few times at Gibbs. "She ... she didn't have any family - no brothers or sisters, no husband, parents are gone ... "

"Tony, what are you talking about?" Gibbs asked, frowning.

Tony took a deep breath. "I'm a father."

Hee! Poor kid, though. Just lost his only known relative and now he's going a new dad who didn't even know he was a dad!

But Gibbs can help. ;)

Logan had his arms across his chest, blanket around his shoulders. He glared at his sometime lover, always best friend. "I can't believe I let you talk me into that," he muttered.

"Come on, Lo," Dick said. "It was fun!"

"Fun is night surfing," Logan said. "Not streaking through the public library."

"What the hell is this?" Gibbs squinted at his computer screen, glasses perched on the end of his nose.

"It's called fanfiction, Bossman," Abby said over his shoulder. "The Internet is full of it ... especially Deep Six fic."

"People write stories about McGee's book? Why? He wrote the books," Gibbs said. The story he was reading was kind of interesting ... slighty sexy, even.

"Because some people want to play with canon," Abby said.

Gibbs nodded and kept reading until ... "Tibbs and Tommy?!"

"Fuck, Tony ... just like that!" Gibbs panted as he thrust into Tony.

"Jeth ... God, Jethro!" Tony gasped and arched against Gibbs, the glass from the conference table cold under his hands.

"Boss, have you seen - Tony!" McGee's face was bright red as he caught sight of his boss and senior agent fucking on the conference table. He slammed the door and went to find Abby ...

"Was that McGee?" Tony grunted.

"Who cares?"

"I can't believe you dropped the key," Gibbs muttered, trying to fix himself a glass of bourbon.

"I can't believe Trix swallowed it," Tony grumbled, staring at the beagle puppy locked away in a kennel. He flinched as he accidentally smacked himself in the face. "Hey! Warn me next time."

Gibbs just shrugged. "It'll come out eventually," he said.

"And until then we're stuck handcuffed together!" Tony exclaimed. He still wasn't sure how it happened.

"And why are we at your place?" Gibbs asked.

"Because it's closer, my bed is bigger, and I have better sheets," Tony said.

A throat being cleared from the front door made Tony turn, causing him to run into Gibbs, which knocked both of them to the floor, legs intertwined.

"Junior ... something you want to tell me?" Anthony DiNozzo, Sr. said, a smile playing at his lips.

Gibbs grumbled as he stalked through the shop, muttering about birthdays and what he did for his partner.

"Can I help you?" A perky blonde appeared at his side.

Gibbs turned and tried very hard not to glare at the assistant. "I need to get a suit," he said.

"For yourself?" the girl eyed Gibbs chinos and polo combination a bit disdainfully.

"No." Gibbs pulled out his wallet and showed the girl a picture of him and Tony together. "For him."
