We had a deposition scheduled today at work - it's our witness so opposing counsel is supposed to provide the court reporter ...

First counsel arrives at 8:40 (20 mins early) ... second counsel arrives at 9:40 (40 minutes late) ... apparently neither of them ordered a court reporter for a depo that was supposed to start at 9:00am!!!

So, I had to get on the horn with Veritext (the place we use) and got a court reporter ... she arrived at 11:00am ...

Dude, opposing counsel is a bunch of 'tards!
