The End of a Car Chase

So, I was driving home from work today (technically driving home from LA cuz I finished at court at 4pm ... wouldn't have gotten back to the office by 5) ... and the freeway is almost at a standstill (nothing new there) - but the North side has NO traffic.  I start looking and see a helicopter circling ... I'm immediately thinking car wreck ... As I pass by, I see 10-15 cop cars blocking the freeway, all the cops out with GUNS DRAWN and a woman backing away from an open car, dropping to her knees, putting her hands on her head and getting arrested ... 

I saw the end to a car chase, y'all!
