Jun. 19th, 2013 12:22 pmVacation is in less than three days! I have all of next week off of work and am leaving EARLY Saturday morning to drive out to El Paso/Sunland Park to stay with besties
I know that my lj of late has been either memes or whining about work. So .. I'm exceedingly happy to be getting a much needed break.
I will also be sure to post pictures so you all can see that I did indeed take a break from work LOL

So, I am home from my Canadian adventure!! I will do a post this weekend (possibly tomorrow) regaling you with all my adventures :D
But suffice to say I'm home, and I'm frickin' hot (considering I just came from Canada LOL).
I have a big load of laundry waiting for me and some souvenirs to put away, and about 150 pictures to wade through but I had SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(And I'm sorry but I'm not wading through 7 days of LJ posts LOL)

My passport came in the mail today!!! YAY!!!!! This means I can now buy my plane ticket to Canada! Yayness!!!!
AND! I got a movie in the mail today ...
'Summer School' with Mark Harmon! *giggles*
Came out in 1987 ... but this is the 'Life's a Beach Edition' which actually has commentary by Mark Harmon, yay!!!!!!

I got home from my vaca last night at about 7:30 after a 12.5 hour drive ... I slept really good last night ...
I also took a ton of pictures, most of which I posted on my facebook, but now I'm trying to decide if/how I will post them here ...
But for today? I'm relaxing ... I already took the dog for a walk (where the neighbor's little rat dogs got out and decided to almost attack Quincy), got my car washed (twice to get the bugs off), went to Target to do my grocery shopping, and started some laundry ... so now I'm just gonna ... sit LOL

First though, Lexi saw this shirt at the Disney store and totally thought of Ferd ... 
Then, at Hot Topic I saw this awesome Alice in Wonderland necklace and just HAD to buy it ... 
I bought a Grumpy shirt, a couple of tanks and another necklace, and I'll post pics when I get home.

Also ... I had a random bunny whilst in the bathroom this morning ... Clex, Moulin Rouge, Lex=Satine and Clark=Ewan McGregor ... but with a happy ending ... cuz y'all know me and happy endings ...
