What Did I Do Today?

I spent a good 45 minutes to an hour trying to talk to someone at the County of Orange Health Care Agency about getting an H1N1 vaccine for my boss' Type 1 diabetic son ...

*sigh*

It was exhausting and the boss was very antsy and aggravated when I couldn't get a real person on the phone for him ... FINALLY I got someone ... and then it became their job to appease him. *g*

I'm tired.
