I don't really think I have the words to explain how much this fic has pulled me in and kept me intrigued ...

I know I have some NCIS fans on here, and if you're as into Tibbs as I am, then run, don't walk over HERE and start reading Xanthe's Two Wolves.

Here's the summary, warnings and her notes:

Summary: While investigating the disappearance of a Marine, Gibbs is abducted, sold, and forced to fight in a brutal tournament where the price of winning is almost as high as the cost of losing, and death waits constantly in the wings. After five months of hitting brick walls, Tony finally hatches a desperate plan to rescue Gibbs, only to find him a very changed man. In order to escape, Tony has to remind Gibbs who he is and awaken a sleeping wolf inside him. But, haunted by his ordeal and the acts he’s been forced to commit, can there ever really be a way back for Gibbs?
Warnings: Violence, rape/dubcon
Author's Note: This is really a giant hurt/comfort epic! However, I should stress it does not feature partner betrayal - it's more about how Tony and Gibbs bond as a result of a horrific situation going on around them. It is dark in places, but I do love a happy ending, and I think the payoffs make it worthwhile :-).

I can't properly explain what Xanthe does, but I'll try, so bear with me. Her stories draw you in ... her characterization is dead on and you can't help but be drawn to the charcaters. You root for the good guys (Gibbs and DiNozzo) and hope the bad guys get theirs ... Each and every one of her stories is different and unique and special ...

This one really is dark like her notes say, but it is so so so so so worth it!!!!!!
