Here are my 15 and then ... prepare for the giggles!!!
1. Leroy Jethro Gibbs -- NCIS
2. Anthony DiNozzo -- NCIS

4. Lex Luthor -- Smallville
5. Noah "Puck" Puckerstein -- Glee
6. Seeley Booth -- Bones
7. Tempoerance Brennan -- Bones

1. Okay, 12 and 7 get married and move in together. What kind of home would they live in? Who will decorate the house and would either of them be tempted to have an affair with 1?
Um ... Temperance Brennan and John Casey ... It would be a very modern, minimalistic house. John Casey would decorate, if only so he could put in all the secret places for his guns and picture of Ronald Regan *g* ... Would either of them be tempted to have an affair with Gibbs? Um ... he's a bit off putting, but ... I could see John and Temperance both being tempted. Gibbs is no nonsense and speaks his mind (like Temperance) and is military hard ass (like John) ... *giggle*
2. 1, 4, 8 & 13 fall through a dimensional portal leading to the Star Wars universe. What will they do until they get back home? Also, will they work as a team or will they try to kill each other?
Gibbs, Lex, Abby, and Spike ... Um first of all, they could definitely get back home. Spike would annoy everyone, if only to keep them from going crazy ... Lex and Gibbs might butt heads about who would lead the group, but I think Abby could keep them calm ...
3. If 2 and 7 went out to dinner, where would they go, what would they eat, and what would they do afterwards?
Anthony DiNozzo and Temperance Brennan? *snort* Tony would pick the place, Italian obviously ... They might try to have conversation after, but ... Tony would talk about movies and Temperance would talk science and anthropology ... it would certainly be interesting ...
4. What kind of a pet would 9 have?
Derek Morgan already has a dog *g* ... and I can't see him with anything other than a big dog.
5. How might 6 manage to badly offend 2 and what would 2 do about it?
How would Seeley offend DiNozzo? Hmmm ... bringing up father issues would do it ... making him feel like he was worthless might do it too ... Tony would pretend to let it roll off his back, but it would really hurt ... he might get back at Seeley by playing a prank.
6. Due to some plot device, 8 & 11 end up in charge of a baby they're supposed to be jointly responsible for. How do they manage?
Abby and Spencer in charge of a baby? Actually ... I think they'd do a really good job. Abby might be a bit ... exciteable, but she's really caring and would take good care of a baby ... Spencer might be a little hesitant, but ... I think the two of them would work well together
7. It's up to 13 & 15 to save the universe! How doomed are we?
Um ... Spike and Dick have to save the universe? We're totally screwed!! They'd be too busy poking fun at each other to even attempt to save the world ... but if we could all watch them ... we'd die laughing!!! *g*
8. 1 asks for 3's hand in marriage. How does 3 react? And what possessed 1, anyway?
Gibbs asks for Clark's hand in marriage? O.o ... um ... I think Clark would be flummoxed because he wished it was Lex *g* ... As to what possessed Gibbs? He's making Tony jealous, of course! *wink*
9. 3, 5, and 10 have gotten into a hair-pulling (where hair applies) knock-down drag-out fight ... for the silliest reason imaginable. Who are they, and what was the reason for the fight?
Clark Kent, Noah Puckerstein and Penelope Garcia ... first of all, if it weren't for superhuman powers, Penelope would win ... the reason for the fight? Hmmm ... Puck would have opened his mouth and said something completely offensive that pissed Clark and Penelope off and just wouldn't apologize :D (cuz Puck's never sorry for shit he says LOL)
10. What kind of nut is 7?
OMG Temperance Brennan ... she's ... she's so logical but she's so cute! She's so smart, which can sometimes be a detriment ... some people think she's insane, but ... she's really not.
11. 2, 10, 12 and 15 are in a car* together. Who drives, who is in the passenger seat and where are they going? (*or similar small vehicle)
Anthony DiNozzo, Penelope Garcia, John Casey and Dick Casablancas are in a car ... sounds like the beginning of a joke. Um ... John Casey's driving because he won't let anyone else drive when he's in the car ... and Tony definitely called shotgun, leaving Dick and Penelope in the backseat. Where are they going? Hmmm ... a theater to catch a marathon of war/sci-fi/classic/surf movies :D
12. 1 and 5 are getting into politics together. How might they achieve their goals through a democratic forum?
Gibbs and Puck?? *rolls around giggling* Um ... Gibbs would tell Puck to keep quiet and let him do all the talking. Gibbs can be pretty convincing ... he's a good speech maker. Puck would just be be the arm candy LOL
13. 3, 7, 8 and 11 are stranded on a hospitable but uninhabited planet. What is their situation a year later?
Clark Kent, Temperance Brennan, Abby Scuito and Spencer Reid ... Well with the four of them together, in one year's time they'd be flourishing! They're all incredibly smart and with Clark's strenght and everyone else's brains ... it would be awesome!
14. 4 challenges 14 to a duel. What happens, and why did they challenge?
Lex Luthor challenges Logan Echolls to a duel. Um ... I have no idea which one of them would win because ... come on!!! Why did they cahllenge? Hmm ... family insults would definitely play a role ... one of them would say something to the effect of being like their father ...
15. 3&4 and 7&9 team up to compete against each other. What would the game (sport? challenge?) be, which team would win, and why?
Clark and Lex v. Temperance and Derek ... um ... I think it would be something like Trivial Pursuit or some sort of trivia game ... although Derek would totally want sports. And I honestly think that the combination of brains would result in a tie.
16. Its 2008. 1 has decided to run for president, with 3 as his/her running mate. Opposing him/her is 13, with 6 as his/her running mate. Who wins, and why - and what happens after they take power?
Gibbs and Clark running against Spike and Seeley Booth ... Um ... I think Gibbs and Clark would win simply for the fact that Gibbs is a former Marine and Clark has that innocent 'good ole boy' quality, although Spike and Booth would give them a run for their money. Once in office they would end war, famine, etc. *g*
17. 1, 4, 7, 12, 15 are playing poker. Who cheats, who wins, and who is a sore loser? What other antics ensue?.
Gibbs, Lex, Temperance, John Casey, and Dick Casablancas. No offense, but Dick would cheat ... I can't see any of them being a sore loser, but I think Temperance would win. Dick might try to make it a game of strip poker, just to see if he could get Temperance naked. Gibbs and John Casey would talk war tactics and Lex would calmly assess the situation to see how he could gain any benefits from knowing them *g*
18. 5, 9, 10 get somehow stuck in a subway train. What happens?
Puck, Derek and Penelope get stuck in a subway train? Not for long! Penelope and Derek could work together and get them all out! Puck ... hmmm ... he would get very frustrated very fast *g*

Puck or Temperance? Temperance totally because of her smarts and logic. If Puck ended up in office I would be seriously worried LOL
