Amber Benson Signing!!!

Okay, so I got back about thirty minutes ago from the Amber Benson signing and ... she is just the cutest damn thing!!!!!  We were sitting in the front row ... like three feet away from her!

Here are a few highlights:

**  Amber LOVES Barnes and Noble ... she shops there all the time and is a member with the discount card.  She also told us that our B&N was like, the only one she was going to ... we felt very special

**  Amber is an outliner.  When it comes to writing, she does outlines ... which I think is pretty cool.  And she writes in sequence ...

**  She's been dating Adam Busch for about 5 1/2 years (Warren from Season 6/7 of Buffy)  Apparently they get quite a few stares when they're together because, Tara and Warren?  It's amusing ... she talked about how she gets free stuff and he gets yelled at *g*

** She called me cute!!!!!!!!!!
     Someone in the crowd asked that, since she sang in Buffy, if she would ever write songs.  Amber said that if she played an instrument she would want to write and suggested that she might pick up guitar.  Cori mentioned to her that I played the flute, to which Amber replied that she could write songs on flute.  I then metioned that I went to band camp.  Amber started laughing and said that she wasn't going to say it (And this one time, at band camp ... ) .  I replied with 'I did say it and I had a sticker on the back of my car that said it' and she replied with 'Oh you're so cute!' ... my girl crush ... SO BIG!!!!

**  Amber did a movie with James Marsters called 'Chance' ... she wrote it, directed, etc.  Well, in one scene James Marsters is in a dress.  I went back and asked Amber about it ... was there alcohol involved?  She informed me that no alcohol was involved ... he knew that it was in the script and necessary for the story ... he didn't necessarily want to do it, but he did do it.  I told her that I wanted to buy it (it's only available on her site) but I'd seen some of it on YouTube.  She said that if I've seen James in a dress on YouTube, I've seen the best part. *giggle*
