[Error: unknown template qotd] Now that's a loaded question ... My grandfather died 11 years ago today ... my mom died 10 years ago tomorrow ... I was barely 18 when she passed and it certainly threw me for a loop ... I was actually pre-med in junior college when she passed ... After she died, I took more fun classes, changed my major ... It definitely changed how I saw life ...

All anniversaries are hard but it must be difficult when they are close together and around the holidays. It's good that you were able to take something positive from losing your mom.

Her passing definitely changed my outlook on life.
