Summary:  Lex comes home from work and gets a ... special surprise from his lover.

“Hi honey, I’m home!” Lex said with a chuckle as he strode through the penthouse. He was surprised to see flowers and candles everywhere.

“Just in time!” Clark said, coming into the living room and wrapping Lex in a hug.
 

“In time for what?” Lex asked.

Clark took Lex’s briefcase and set it down before pulling Lex through the penthouse to the dining room, where there was a large dinner spread out, as well as a small wrapped box.

“What’s all this?” Lex asked. He ran through the list of dates and anniversaries in his head and came up with a blank.

“Just a special surprise for you,” Clark said, herding Lex over to the table to sit down in front of the gift.

“It’s not my birthday,” Lex said.

“I know,” Clark said. “Open it.”

Lex stared down at the box wrapped in blue paper with a silver ribbon. He gently undid the ribbon and set it aside before gently ripping into the box. He lifted the lid of the box and shot Clark a confused look as he lifted the tiny shirt out that said ‘My Daddy Loves Me’.

“Clark,” Lex said softly. “What … ? Are you … ?” He stood and walked around the table, looking down at his lover. At his lover’s shy smile, Lex dropped to his knees and rested a hand on Clark’s stomach.

“Happy Father’s Day,” Clark whispered.
