More Jury Duty Stuff
Jan. 12th, 2010 05:14 pmSo yay of yays I am done fulfilling my civic duty for at least a year!!! Jury duty is finished!!!
However, not only did I end up in a courtroom in the jury pool, but I ended up in the damn box! I had to sit there while the judge, the two defense attorneys and the prosecutor asked all 20 of us questions ...
I was eventually dismissed by the defense at about 4 ... I think it was when I listed off the crime shows I watched after the prosecutor asked me what crime shows I liked *g* ... Criminal Minds, CSI, The Closer, Law and Order (the original, SVU and CI) ... although the whole courtroom laughed *g*
Done for the year, yay!!!
