sinderella81I understand that I am the first person you speak to when you call (at least the second half of the day), but please don't get all pissed at me if the person you want to speak to is out of the office, unavailable, at lunch, or really just doesn't want to talk to you. Being pissed at me is not going to make that person want to talk to you, so leave a voicemail and WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL YOU!!! *sigh* Thank you.
(yes, there was someone who called at least 5 times today wanting to talk to someone who was just too busy to take their call ... and we receptionists got the brunt of it)
